Hi! My name is Angee Montgomery, and I am a visual artist specializing in painting and sculpture. I earned my BFA in Studio Arts from the University of Memphis.

My work is a never-ending investigation of the human condition, conjured up by looking out into the world to only better understand similarities within us all. It is often labeled as surreal, serious yet playful, emotional, and poetic.

I enjoy putting random imagery together to weave a new reality, stirring up the pot, prompting unlikely conversations, and pushing the boundaries of material and technique.
